September - new Mini, new promotion

The Holiday Mini Catalogue is out!  It is full of gorgeous new products.  You can take a peek at a PDF by clicking on the link in my sidebar.

On a budget?  Here are 25 products in the Mini for less than $40.

While you are putting together your shopping list, keep in mind the latest paper promotion, Buy 3 get one 1 free!

You might have noticed my Demonstrator Web Site has been revamped.  I'm still figuring things out, but it looks really fresh and new.  Be sure to check it out!

Sunday 4 August 2019

August already, which means it's practically Christmas.

It feels like the year is just racing along and the next time I blink it will be Christmas!  It just so happens that Stampin' Up! is reading my mind, because I was able to get a peek at the upcoming Occasions Mini which features plenty of Christmas and Halloween products.  I have even placed my preorder so I can start playing with these products too!

You will be able to look at it too when it goes live in September.  Be warned, you'll want everything.  It's hard to keep my order reasonable when the whole catalogue is gorgeous!

But until I have been able to play with the Christmas ideas, I have something I have been working on lately:

These cards are fairly "clean and simple" but I love the clean lines, and bright pop of colour against a plain white background.  They didn't take too long to put together either.  Easy to make a stack of them while binging on Stranger Things!

July Updates

It seems like yesterday was June and now we are marching through July!  In my defence we've had school holidays here and my children have returned to the school routine just in the past week.  I was in Sydney with my daughter, cheering her on at the National U15 and Cadet Fencing Competition, and helping as a chaperone for the tour group.  It was a lot of fun, but quite exhausting!

Well done, Thing 3!  She came home with 5 bronze medals!
Back to the stamping.  Stampin' Up! has a brilliant opportunity for people wanting to join up as demonstrators right now:

If you'd like to get a sneak peek of new catalogues, early pre order of new stuff, and a sweet discount ... what are you waiting for?

And did you hear that Bonus Days are back?

When you make a purchase you'll get an email from SU! with a code to use in August.  Make sure you keep it so you can redeem your coupon!

And remember my Stamp Night is on the last Saturday of every month, so let me know if you'd like to join me in a crafty catch up.

Launch Projects Part 3

Here are two of Bec's designs.  They both feature floral images from the Good Morning Magnolia suite, but look so different.

Look at all the details!  Heat embossing, embossing folders, so much texture and gorgeous colours to make it all pop.

And she's done it again - the same stamp set and heat embossing, but what a difference!  I have never tried this beautiful colouring technique before, and I'm itching to give it a go.  To colour the flowers, Bec used white ink and an aqua painter, then used a sponge dauber with Terracotta ink.  So pretty!

Getting closer....

It's nearly that time of year, where the retirement list comes out.  That means the in-colours we've loved the past 2 years are leav...
